Q&A: Roger Mooking spices things upward with Oestrus Seekers

Roger Mooking, an alumnus of the George Brown Higher Chef Schoolhouse, took the Food Network by storm when his bear witness Everyday Exotic premiered last year. Q: How did Estrus Seekers come most?
